The comfortable holiday apartment for up to 4 people is situated on a sunny hillside in the village of Ramsau. Ramsau in the Zillertal is part of the Mayrhofen-Hippach holiday region and due to its central location offers many opportunities to explore the wonderful landscape on foot, on skis or by bicycle.
The peacefully located apartment is the starting point for the region's attractive ski areas - Action Mount Penken or Leisure Mount Ahorn. Hikers appreciate the access to circular hiking trails and extensive mountain tours.

Activities in the region
The active region Mayrhofen-Hippach offers the possibility of doing 20 types of sport. In addition to winter skiing, summer offers hiking, climbing, soaring into the skies or simply enjoying nature and unwinding to your heart's content. Our apartment is in an absolutely quiet location above the Zillertal valley floor, far from the stress and hectic pace of everyday life. Just a few kilometres away is the Zillertal Alps Nature Park with its mighty glaciers, lush green alpine meadows and dense forests.
In 2015, the High Mountain Park was voted Austria's "Nature Park of the Year". Families in particular appreciate the holiday region for its many attractions for children. In addition to cross-country ski trails, toboggan runs and ice rinks in winter, the Mayrhofen Adventure Pool and Hippach Sommerwelt offer bathing fun and wellness in summer. Events, entertainment and aprés-ski are also not forgotten in the Mayrhofen-Hippach holiday region.
